I saw this Robin BE@RBRICK and immediately had to find out what it was.
If you watched JUNK WORLD, you will probably understand why. Robin already has such a simple, odd little look that the BE@RBRICK shape feels strangely natural on him.
MEDICOM TOY is turning Robin into a 400% BE@RBRICK, and the figure is scheduled to release and ship in November 2026.

Look at this thing

Robin is mostly off-white, broken up by irregular black patches across the arms and legs. The face barely needs anything to work: two big dark eyes, a tiny molded nose, and that slightly blank expression that somehow makes the whole thing even cuter.
The ears deserve a closer look too.
They are translucent gray, but one ear has a tiny turquoise-and-coral geometric accent tucked inside it, with a small yellow detail at the end. There does not appear to be an official name for it, so I would not try to turn it into an earring or some mysterious piece of Robin lore. Visually, though, it is a great little touch, especially because the colors connect with what is happening on the chest.
And that chest is easily my favorite part.

A rectangular panel fills most of the torso with a coral-orange and turquoise sunburst, centered around a tan circle and outlined in black. Against the quiet colors everywhere else, it jumps out immediately.
I am glad they did not cover the whole figure in more graphics. The design has one loud focal point and then lets the rest of Robin stay Robin.
The 400% size helps too. At roughly 28 cm tall, this is big enough to actually notice those smaller touches when it is sitting on a shelf.
It is cute, weird, and honestly a little hard to stop looking at.
If you know Robin, this release makes even more sense
For anyone who found the collectible before the movie, Robin comes from Takahide Hori’s stop-motion sci-fi film JUNK WORLD, set 1,042 years before the world seen in JUNK HEAD.
Robin is a robot assigned to accompany and protect Tris, the human leader of the investigation team heading into the underground world. The movie’s official story even centers part of its conflict on Robin’s efforts to keep her safe.
That is about as far as I want to go into the movie here.
If you already love JUNK WORLD, you know who you are looking at. And if this strange little BE@RBRICK is somehow your introduction to Robin, there is a whole movie waiting for you.
Missed the preorder? I would wait
The less exciting news is that MEDICOM TOY’s original order window has already closed. Orders were accepted from July 24 through August 10, 2026.
But I would not panic.
Robin is not scheduled to release until November, so I would be very cautious about paying a huge premium for an early reseller listing before the figure has even started shipping.
The number I would remember is ¥15,400, the original Japanese price.
Once Robin actually reaches collectors, we will have a much better idea of how easy it is to find and what the aftermarket really looks like.
Would I collect it?
Yeah.
Not because I suddenly need every 400% BE@RBRICK. I just really like this Robin.
That is probably why I think this release works so well for JUNK WORLD fans. You do not need to build an entire BE@RBRICK shelf around it. If Robin is the character you care about, one big Robin sitting with the rest of your movie collection makes perfect sense.
I would wait until November before paying anything crazy for him.
But the figure itself?
They got Robin right.
